Freshly baked bread and tasty gratins

With the Omnia you bake on the stove! Almost everything you would bake or cook in a conventional oven can be cooked in your Omnia – quite simply, you use it as your oven. Some say that Omnia potato gratins are tastier and many enjoy using the Omnia for bake-off breads as they have such a long shelf-life at room temperature. Mini baguettes take 15-20 minutes on a low heat.

The aluminium food holder should always be well greased and when baking it is a good idea to also dust it with breadcrumbs. Bake on a low heat, baking time is approximately the same as for a conventional oven. If you use an electric hob heat the hot plate first or add a little extra time.
